Interactive event concept: Sotano Live!
A new, interactive dining and drinking concept, Sotano Live! is a truly innovative product that gives guests the chance to be up close and personal to our team of chefs, wine experts and wait staff. This concept is available across our spaces and includes:

• Spanish Tasting Stations
• Spain vs Australia: charcuterie, cheese and wine showdown!
• Spanish Tapas Masterclasses

Private Dining Room: For up to 10 guests
Experience degustation dining, VIP service from our wine sommelier to help your table make inspired choices, and visits from the chef to discuss the menu.

Riverfront Deck: For up to 20 guests (seated) or up to 25 guests (standing)
Enjoy alfresco dining on the edge of the Yarra river and take in the stunning views of the city.

Full Restaurant: For up to 100 guests
For larger events, Nuevo37 is available for full restaurant hire.
